I came in on 4/5/17 around 2 p.m. and was greeted by Megan. I had purchased XO, Victoria perfume online (which sprayer sucked, BTW) and voiced my dissatisfaction of the perfume and it's defected spray. Megan was earnest in helping me and brought me a normal working spray bottle to test in case I wanted to make an exchange. I decided I would not proceed in exchanging the perfume bottle for another perfume or item and went ahead to checkout. Alicia helped me out and she was very sweet. I love this location, I always pop in and out. I just wish the line wasn't always so long. Also, I don't recommend their perfume. The quality of the perfume doesn't stay on very well and certain sprayers that do not have an atomizer do not spray properly. I will stick to my J'adore by Christian Dior and master perfumers.
