The salon it self does look really nice. The staff are friendly, however I drove around an hour and 45 minutes to get a cut and colour and after my cut they told me they didn't have time for my colour. Nor did they have any times for the rest of the week?! I don't understand how after half the appointment you decide to tell your customer there's no time?! Shouldn't you of figured that out before you book someone in?
On a positive note my stylist chopped off around 24 inches of my hair and did know what she was doing.
The place itself is quite pricey. My haircut was 45, which is reasonable, but the balayage highlights I wanted was priced at 400 dollars (because I had to do a two step process? mind you my hair is a dark brown and I wanted it to go to a blonde) but I thought chopping my hair to a lob would be in the 200 dollar range (I was wrong)
Needless to say I was left with a sour taste in my mouth and will not be returning
