Ahhh yes, another pretentious place to add to the list. Does that stop me from staying away though? Nope, not at all. The store is laid out nice and as it should be, clean. Everything is very accessible but on a crowded night the aisles do seem a bit small. This is especially noticeable when everyone stands and reads every damn label before finally picking their tomato sauce. Some highlights are the prepared foods which you can sample at the case before you commit. The smoked gouda pasta is by far my favorite. They also have a nice meat selection and scoop your own shrimp and ravioli. Also some samples of fruit and veggies when you walk in. The beer and wine is a good selection but I would say West Point Market has the upper hand. Also, WPM has a better and less pricey cheese selection. I'll keep coming back but it's definitely not my regular stop for shopping. I like to stop if we're cooking for friends or just want to grab something a bit different.
