The service dept is great where you can apply Lincoln service credits. Jose Meraz always made me feel comfortable in the service dept.
The shining light of this dealership is Silas Walker who sold me the 2006 Lincoln Town Car in 2010 and now sold me the 2013 Lincncoln MKZ. The vehicle sold itself which included a warranty at no additional cost and a brand new set of high end tires were included with the car. Silas even assisted me with the negotiations with my bank, but I ended up with a better loan rate through Findlay. Thank you Silas for always making me feel at ease and negotiating on my behalf!
