If I could give a negative score, I will. I sit in a delayed flight, bored enough to finally try to write a review for AA, which delays 95% of the time in my experience. When the crew said it is going to delay for 50mins, all I feel was, well, once again.After 40 minutes, they said, expect another 90minutes delay. OMG. Just never on time, and there is always a reason.
