Totally dishonest business, avoid at all cost!
This spring, I purchased a voucher through redflagdeals.com for "50% off a complete auto detailing package" from this establishment, at a cost of $89.50 and with a stated value of $179.
To make a long story very short, after selling the vouchers, Studio City refuses to honour them for anything other than the purchase price. Though the package sold was the "complete auto detailing", they will only honour it for the "basic shampoo", which regularly costs $89.95. During a phone conversation with this business regarding the voucher, they are extremely rude and dismiss, acknowledging openly that voucher sales were a scam, "and that's that", as I was told.
I've begun the process of seeking a refund through redflagdeals.com, but in the meantime, I would strongly advise anyone against leaving a valuable vehicle with these people of no moral standing. You certainly won't get what you pay for, and I question whether you'd even get your vehicle back!
