Super great customer service!
Obviously I'm not a customer at Sephora myself, but I stopped here to buy a Christmas gift, and I didn't know much about what I'm buying..
but the customer service was exceptional! I asked a host girl standing at the front, and explained to her what I'm looking for, she immediately paged a girl for me who arrived at the stop within seconds...
took me to the right section, explained things to me, and I was off to the cashier..
although it was a really long line, but they had about 6-8 cashiers which made things go much faster..
the girl at the cash was real helpful, she asked if I need a gift box (after she put the gift/receipt in a bag) which not many would ask, considering the long line, but that IS customer service at its best, when you handle each and every customer as your best top priority.
She then grabbed me a gift box, offered to do it herself since it's a little complicated, she got everything wrapped up beautifully and I was right out the door in no time.
Great customer service Sephora, keep it up!
