We used I Do! Wedding Cakes for our wedding in May 2013. They were fantastic to deal with and the cake was awesome!!!
We found out about them from our wedding coordinator (who was also fabulous).
The whole experience from the cake tasting and selection process to the cake itself was very positive and we would highly recommend to them to anyone who is looking for a wedding cake. The cake designs were lovely and the owners were very open to our ideas to change certain elements of the cake due to our colour/floral scheme. When we had our tasting, there was another couple waiting to have their tasting but I think they arrived early for their appointment...(I think they spent the time looking at the sample cakes). Despite the other couple being there, we didn't feel rushed at all. Perhaps they can separate the appointments better but it's probably hard to gauge how much time people will need.
The cake flavours were good - we used lemon raspberry and chocolate for our layers. The one thing we loved about the cakes were that they weren't too sweet - many other bakeries had cakes that we found too sweet.
The only thing I would caution is that you should carefully check your order (they give you printed orders for confirmation at the beginning and when there is a change). We noticed mistakes in some cases - just double and triple check (this goes in general for all aspects!).
Overall, this was a great experience. Hopefully I won't get married again but if I had to do it over again, I would happily use them again!
