I have only just started using this service. I base the high rating on the way things were handled. Ron returned my call quickly, and was able to arrange to come out and take a look at the yard that day. He had a worker in to mow the nest day, and two the day after to trim the plants. The work was done very well, and expeditiously. I see why they were recommended to me so highly.
