May be long but worth the read - it will save you a trip to this location I promise. So this past Saturday I come in with my sister and we were the only ones in line and there was one couple that had already been served sitting down at a booth. We go and order two smoothies and pay. We sit down and now it's started to get busy with more people coming in behind us. After about 20 minutes, someone from the back comes out and hands out two smoothies but for the people who had been behind us. I'm a little unnerved by this since it's not like we had ordered any food or anything that should have taken longer. At this point we decide to go ahead and order one more smoothie for a family member. We go up and now there's no line, we pay and sit again. 10 min later a girl comes out from the back with the last smoothie we ordered. She then looks at us and is like, "Is that it?" I'm a bit shocked and annoyed so I say, "Nah, we had two other smoothies." When I say this the girl behind the register who rung us up is like "Oh yeah!" And she then proceeds to tell the girl and the people behind the window what our smoothies were. The whole time I'm thinking, are you kidding me?! We've been here thirty minutes! So we are standing at the counter and the girl says,"They're putting it in the blender now, sorry about that" my face -_______- . If we hadn't ordered that last smoothie, I'm convinced they would have forgotten all about us and what we PAID FOR. Unacceptable. The girl at the register was apologetic and nice but that's not enough. Service makes no sense. I won't be back.
