If I could give negative stars I would. Avis says they maintain a smoke free fleet yet they gave me a car that smells like marijuana has been smoked in it. I tried to call numerous times to switch it out and I've gotten no where. I even called their national number and they couldn't help. I'm letting my corporate office know that their customer service is extremely lacking
