Well, I did a positive update on these people not too long ago, but that quickly changed when I saw a rat run right in front of me on the way to the gym. This complex is rat infested. Bad! I posted the pictures so feel free to look at them. We called the office to let them know, and asked one of the managers to take a look, but the woman just says "oh he's typing up some stuff right now." Really? Files are more important than their tenants. Unfortunately, they won't cover these expenses so our stuff is pretty much ruined. I'm utterly disgusted by what I saw. We pay over $1000 in rent for a rat infested apartment complex. Stay away from this place!
