I live in San Francisco and did a web search to find a florist in Scottsdale to send flowers to a former President of our charitable organization who now lives in Scottsdale and whose sister passed away. I found Fresh Cut Romance and ordered flowers which cost $123.00. I understand the flowers were beautiful but they never emailed my receipt after I called and left a message and also emailed them. I need to be reimbursed and instead of remitting a receipt, I will have to just submit my credit card statement showing what I paid. I'm very disappointed with their lack of follow through and poor customer service! It sounds to me like this business has no 'back office' to handle important administrative details. If they can only execute by arranging flowers into something pretty and then delivering them, they are only doing part of their job. I cannot give them positive feedback given their lack of professionalism in their failure to respond to a reasonable request. They also don't answer the phone during business hours. This is a business I would not patronize again nor would I recommend anyone using.
