How can you go wrong with 18 different kinds of meat being served to you? I had never been to a place like this before, but my fiance has. He was equally impressed by his service. I think he was also impressed with the price compared to other major cities where I bill may have been 25%-50% higher.
I liked the buffet opens because you did have a lot of "other" choices like salads, grains, potatoes. Of course, your money is in the meat. You name it, they have it.
I found the wait staff to be very personable and were good at explaining the "rules" of dining for those who were new. (Generally, how to alert the servers if you are too full and need to wait for more meat.)
We definitely look forward to returning and are glad we found this place.
