I don't eat fast food often, but this is one of my go tos for a delicious grilled chicken house salad. Unfortunately, this Fort Mill location fell short of my high expectations.
Let's start with an appropriate greeting. When we walked in, the cashier immediately asked dine-in or take out? Our receipt clearly stated dine-in but yet we received to-go boxes instead of dine-in dishes. My grilled house salad didn't include all the ingredients (fried onions) and they didn't even have the courtesy to at least tell me before hand that they were out.
The drink counters were all sticky from beverage residue and our dining room table needed to be wiped off.
I've been to many Zaxby's locations in the area and this one is one of the worst.
