I called to order a burnt almond torte cake because I needed it for a special occasion. I was told you don't have to reserve the cake or put it on hold because there will be plenty when you get there. When got there the sales girl said I don't think we have anymore. Very poor customer service. On another occasion I called to order a white cake made for an anniversary even, but they don't make white cakes at the Market Square location. The supervisor there was not very helpful so I went and bought a delicious cake at GE, which was delicious and beautifully decorated. Prantls is overpriced and over rated. And who wants to deal with poor customer service. They could care less. So I'll spend my money elsewhere.
