First visit to a Fantastic Sams, and I arrived 15 mins after opening. I had clipped a coupon for a Men's haircut at $12.99, and noticed a banner hanging out front for a haircut at $11.99. Two clients were attended to in the chairs, and two were waiting ahead of me. I was greeted promptly, and was told approximately 30 minute wait. I left after waiting 45 minutes, knowing there was one client ahead of me at that point--anticipating one of the chairs would free up in 5-10 minutes. Too much casual conversation with clients, less sense of urgency. Do not have time for a 1.5 hour Men's haircut--will not return.
