Staff need better customer service training. Visited there recently and had a question about where an item might be located (what section). Waited for one of the cashiers to finish a personal conversation, meanwhile I've moved on to another cashier who responded that she "didn't know" where it would be. I waited in line for the next cash the original cashier meanwhile still talking. Afterwards he turned his attention to me and also replied that he "didn't know" where it would be. It's fine if you don't know, bit a point blank "I don't know" is unacceptable. Ask someone, or help find it.
