I need to cancel my membership ASAP and get my money bank! Stupid facility is a fucking joke! The machines are always broken! The showers smell like shit! The water fountain is always giving hot water! Let's not forget how stupid and lazy the employees are! 5 years of paying a platinum membership for crap service!
