I scheduled an appointment online with the nail tech that floats between the Seville and Scottsdale Quarter location. When I arrived to my appointment, I noticed my normal nail tech wasn't there. They tried to pass me off to someone else. O_o I explained that I booked my appointment online and specifically requested my tech. The front desk attendant informed me that she'd been moved to the other location. I asked why NO ONE had informed me. She didn't have any answers neither did the manager who heard the entire conversation and then snuck to the back. I had to ask to speak to her to get any type of answers and she still didn't take responsibility for her actions.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!
