Brought in our car the other day for some much needed service. Anna from the Service Dept. was great. She got our info, arranged for a shuttle to take us to work donwtown and she personally made arrangements with our after market warranty company. Since they could not finish repairing the car in a day, they still gave us a shuttle ride home (Doug & Co. - thank you) and gave us a taxi voucher so that we could go to work this morning! Now that is top notch! Anna gave us up to date info, which was really important as it is really stressful having your car in the shop. Will definitely go back to BMW Gallery and will refer their service dept. to anyone. Thanks Anna and to BMW Gallery! Updated: Would have been 5 stars but their sales Dept. is HORRIBLE. It's like pulling teeth to ask them to call you back. Was negotiating for an upgrade and a guy named Malcolm did not even ask if we could pay more or place a deposit so that we could complete the transaction. Stated he was was going to talk to his Manager. Guess his Manager lives across the world as we never got a call back. Will pay off my car and might probably have better luck with Audi or Benz sales people. To think that one of their Managers stated initially that this guy was one of their best. uh oh.....
