I've never had a doctor's office that treated the patients so poorly. The staff is rude and give you an attitude for general questions. I've gone there 3 times since December and each time seems like I'm a huge hassle for the staff. They need to hire more people as it's evident that there are not enough people there, which is completely ridiculous to me to begin with since they are never open. Office hours are 7-3 but closed over lunch for an hour and no nights or weekends. My previous doctor left the office I used to go to and that's the only reason I changed, it's apparent that I will be continuing to look for another doctor. The latest visit I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, no pleasantries - just shown the room where they took my vitals and I was met by the practitioner who took 2 minutes to read my blood results (could have been done via phone) and then left and had a prescription written. The prescription confused the pharmacist and couldn't be released to me until someone clarified at the doctor's office. I called and was put on hold the first time and bounced around for awhile until I was told the woman who wrote the script wasn't in and I had to wait until the following day. You're telling me no one can tell me about my prescription there? Are there no other professionals in the office qualified? The following day I called back since it was apparent no one was going to take the initiative to call me and I sat on hold for almost an HOUR. Unacceptable. It's unfortunate that this is happening and I am shocked this office is even open.
