Every time we're here it's somehow really hard to get prints. I don't know anything about cameras, but I guess they have good equipment for sale. Sales people are always friendly but they seem to have hard time ordering prints from their software too. Note to self: save pics I want to a usb drive and bring that in. The people here say it's easy to order prints from home but we've never had luck with that either. So we're back today struggling along trying to print some pictures. It takes FOREVER and is VERY frustrating.
