I want to start by saying that I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Scott. If I could give more stars I would!! This is a long review but I hope others will find it useful.
When I started looking for a detailer I started by looking at the big name car wash stores. But then I thought to myself..... I use a privately owned mobile tint guy for all my vehicles, why wouldn't I use a private mobile detailer. My thought is, it's their own business, and their reputation is on the line. Well, my hunch was correct because Scott and Aaron ( his employee) did a fantastic job on my truck. Inside and out.
I recently bought a used 2014 truck and after the first wash I gave it, I noticed a lot of water spots that must of been overlooked when I was making my purchase. No problem I thought. I want to a local auto parts store and was advised to use a particular product. Turned out I was given bad advise on the product choice and I caused swirl marks all over the roof and part of the hood before I realized what I had done. I wanted to puke when I saw what I had done to the finish of my new truck. So instead of trying to fix my mistake on my own, it was time to find a professional. I found Yelp, and realized very quickly that these are real reviews from real users of the services. And I also noticed the tremendous reviews that Scott has.
Scott showed up at my home on time and gave me a complete walk through on the truck. He informed me about the entire process that he would be using to get rid of the water spots and fix the swirl marks that I had caused. I couldn't wait to see the finished result so at that point I shook his hand and went back inside my house. About an hour and a half to two hours later I want back outside and it was done. Not only done but done perfectly! I'm very particular about my vehicles, and I couldn't be happier. They're attention to detail is second to none. My truck looks better than the brand new trucks that I saw on the showroom floor when I was shopping for a new vehicle.
To all the Yelpers out there, if you're in need of auto detailer look no further. Scott has mad skills and you won't be disappointed.
