Customer service by some team members is warm and professional. That said- the wait for a prescription is indeed extremely long and some other team members go about their jobs with a level of apathy that borders on uncaring. Line ups are normally long. Once I tried to have this pharmacy fill a prescription of pills that I wasn't sure if they could be crushed. These were truly "horse pills". This pharmacy didn't know if I could crush the pills and didn't try to find the answer. I called a Shoppers Drug Mart. The Shoppers Drug Mart went the extra mile to answer my question and fill the prescription. If you are in a hurry or feeling so ill you need meds ASAP, you may want to consider an alternate drug store.
