After talking with Matt, I decided to upgrade to the acid-cleaning due to the state of my tile floors, which had not been steam cleaned in many years. Matt did a great job in the floors, going over them twice to make sure they were thoroughly done. Matt is friendly, professional, on time, responsive, thorough, and will send you appointment reminders as well as letting you know when he is on his way to your house. Definitely recommend this company when you really need your floors deeply cleaned.
