I love breakfast and lunch here. There is a varied menu and they are always open on holidays when other restaurants in town are not, due to their hotel guests. The service is friendly, there is a soup and salad bar for those so inclined. It feels clean, which I can't say about a lot of the places in town. Plus the historical aspect is charming. The dining tables feature old Boulder City photos and newspaper clippings under glass.
The hotel itself is charming and the Hoover Dam Museum is at the back of it. I make it a point to visit the Boulder City Art Guild Gallery every time I have a meal at the hotel.
