A1 jewelry supply: Not for nothing I had a ring fixed here and it came out beautifully however it took me a week to reach the store they do not honor the hours that they say they are open and today I have tried calling them for five hours with no response they are repairing another ring that I had dropped off when I picked up my other ring and was supposed to be done in two weeks and now it's three weeks and I have heard nothing!! I can't get through to anyone at the store!! They say their hours are 8 to 5 or 9-5 but I drove down there a few times at 4:20 because I don't get off work until four and the store is always closed and then when I call it just rings and rings and then goes to a fax! if you're going to run a business then run it and keep it open the hours that you say. Now I have no idea if I will get my ring back or what the status is! They came highly recommended and the first ring I had Fixed here I am very happy with but I am not happy at all with their response time and with their supposed store hours that they do not keep and with nobody ever answering their phones!! Honestly I'm a little scared at this point that I left $1000 ring in their hands... Nice work but what good does that do if their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen!
