My husband I rented a two-bedroom apartment at Copper Creek on the west side for two years, from its opening in July 2015 to May 2017. We really loved our top-floor unit and would have stayed there longer if we didn't move to Seattle for work. It was very quiet, and having two underground parking spots was a great bonus, especially during the snowy winters. Tami Tetzlaff was our property manager, and she was extremely friendly and understanding. We rented at Hercules Trail (also owned by FMI) on the east side for one year before moving to Copper Creek and also had a really great experience (with a different property manager).
