never come here for any auto service. My mom came here today to get her tires torqued on her newly bought winter tires that she bought and had installed here just a few days ago, just a simple routine check, simple right? Wrong after leaving the garage my mom went off to work but when she got out of her car she noticed the hubcaps from her two front tires were missing. as she had work she called my dad and i and explained the situation so the both of us drove to my mom's workplace then took her car back to canadian tire to figure out what was going on. the mechanics insisted that they put all 4 hubcaps back after working on the tires and they weren't anywhere in the garage. the manager said they could be the possibility that they fell off during the drive. sure theres a possibility, theres always a possibility. but the possibility of one cap falling off is already low but two? no way. and specifically the front two? even less of a chance. we only bought this car about 6 months ago and nothings ever happened but as soon as someone does some work on the tires then this happens? something does not add up we didn't even get any compensation for their shoddy service. not only did we not get any compensation, it was never even offered. so much for customer service. now my mom's car is two hubcaps short. great way to spend the holiday weekend. "merry" christmas indeed.
