I came here to get mani pedi's with my sister. Kent was fantastic but the manager was an absolute mess. When we entered the shop we clearly stated what services we were requesting. Pedicures went fine but then, while Kent started my sisters manicure, I was left at the bar sitting with my hand in a cup of cold water for 20 minutes. I asked if there was a problem and they stated yes and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and then finally told them I no longer wanted the service. When I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and absolutely useless, he offered no apologies and instead gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong to question what had happened. I feel bad because Kent was great but due to the lack of customer service, customer respect and organization, I will never again waste my money at this establishment. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never encountered such awful staff.
