OK so what began as a customer service nightmare has now ended beautifully Due to the masterful workings of the owner Raphael. After speaking on the phone,and after explaining his full position I feel they are being more than reasonable. The problem was miscommunication. Trust me ladies, Rafael ONLY wants happy clients and is willing to do the right thing so all parties are win-win.!
