This particular location,Cheyenne, went to a disaster.
My family had been going to Fyzical for several years, unfortunately this last occasion was a big mess....
Most of the therapist are young guys, they like horse around, yelling to each other across the room while attending patients, talking about sports or what ever comes to their minds.
I saw Tim, one of the therapist kicking a pad across the room to give to the patient to kneel down for their stretches, you'll have to wait & wait for therapist after each exercise not because they are busy with patients, but cause they are so busy talking to them selves. Toweling their A"s to each other.
I tried to reach a office manger,Nicole, without a success, I called back different day to address my concerns, but the Office director Stephanie was careless that couldn't take my phone call, she was on her way to lunch.
Honestly I hate to give this type of reviews but this place is a big mess, not coordination what so ever.
Very unproffesional from office mgrs to therapists.
