I recently had my homeschooled student tested here. Their version of the Woodcock Johnson test is very different from the ones we've had before. First, there is no General Academic Knowledge section of the test given (for students over 3rd grade). Second, there is a "fluency" score which is a measure of how fast they perform certain portions of the test. It was very distracting to my student that the tester was turning on and off an timer. Overall, I do not think this was a positive testing experience and my student's scores are not an accurate reflection of what he knows.
