This company should be replaced. The guys working in the field are okay, not great but do their job mostly. There its no accountability on the business side, they just plain don't care. They have a blank checkbook with your name on it and you have no option but to pay them. I've owned for a few years, have had multiple times liens put on my property for their mistakes in billing with the burden of proof always falling on the homeowner with no retribution when the issues are actually their incompetence.
