You probably already know that each local Costco carries some different items specific to the market they're catering to. How do you compare them on a store-by-store basis? Check out the liquor section - if they have a glass case for high-end liquor and how big that glass case is. Based on this, comparing this to other Costcos, this is a downmarket Costco. All your basics are fine and are going to be the same. Customer service is generally going to be the same as will your shopping experience. But this Costco sorely lacks in high-end product. The Scottsdale location near Frank Lloyd Wright is a 5-star. The Chandler location is 4. THis one easily qualifies as a middle-ground 3.
