Not sure how this place has gotten so many bad reviews. I had a 10am appointment for blood work. I was called to the back around 10am maybe 10:02am at the latest. The blood work portion took maybe 5 minutes to complete. I was out of there by 10:15am. My appoinment
The young lady taking my blood was really nice and had no problems doing her job as quickly & painless as can be.
There is a sign hanging from above when you get in where you would need to sign in when you first get there. I got there real early for my appointment around 9:30am. I got called back up to the counter maybe at 9:35am for my insurance info. The young lady who took my insurance info was really nice and funny. Also it seemed all the other people working at the counter were really nice too.
They have a decent size waiting area so finding a seat was no problem for me. There is a nice size and clean bathroom right there if you need it plus a tv. The bathrooms are also clean and big in the back too.
There is plenty of parking in front of the building and to the side.
This appointment was on a Sunday morning which is fantastic since I didn't have to lose time out of work. The hours here on the weekend should work great for people that work Monday thru Friday.
This was my 2nd visit and just like the 1st I didn't have any problems. I will always book my appointments here in the future when needed.
