There is nothing uncommonly good or bad about the food at Jenni Pho. Pho is pho. Unless your culinary skills are as nonexistant as mine, it's not a dish one can screw up.
But service is indeed something a restaurant can easily screw up on -- and you'll probably experience that first-hand when eating there. Although there's this one guy who's always chipper and helpful, hospitality appears to be a foreign concept to the rest of the staff.
Too bad there isn't another pho place in the southwest part of town.
