We have had Shaffer and Sons out to fix our AC unit twice now over the past few years and both experiences, they have been wonderful. The techs have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Both times, our AC has died during the hottest part of the summer, and both times they have squeezed us into the schedule, getting us taken care of in 24 hours. We will no longer go through the home warranty for AC issues, but instead, will be using Shaffer and Son's directly. It's worth the little extra expense to know we have trustworthy, and experienced people fixing the problem.
