If I had to use three words to describe this place... XIAO LONG BAO! It was so good! my sister couldn't stop eating the savory pancake as well. We double-ordered both.
Now as for the rest of the food... other than tasting yummy... a lot of the dishes started tasting the same. Lots of them were doused in the same type of thick stir-fry sauce, that sometimes it overwhelmed the rest of the ingredients such as the vegetables or meats. I couldn't really taste the different flavors in each dish because the sauces were so overpowering. Luckily I had tea to wash it all down and rice to cleanse my palate for the multiple dishes that they brought out for our group of over 15 people.
The SERVICE was great from our Chinese girl server who spoke good English and it was easy to order or to specify any future orders. I do realize it was hard to accomodate such a large group but we left a good tip. Will go back for service, cheap prices and the Xio Long Bao, but maybe light sauce and it helps to know which are the hit-or-miss dishes.
