I find it's interesting that the ratings are all 5s or 1s. I expect it's because all of us pet lovers are so passionate about our loved animals.
I am giving them a 5. Dr. Pruitt is direct, but in a kind, appropriate and professional way. As pet owners we can let our emotions cloud our judgement with regard to our pets, and you need someone like him to gently guide you through the decisions that need to be made. And he is responsible and conscientious regarding tests and recommendations....and their prices are very, very reasonable. (We used to go to Del Lago and after the new vet they brought in in 2010 charged us $500+ for 2 kitten check-ups we had to leave them.)
And he and his wife couldn't be more compassionate and easy to work with. We have had multiple emergencies and they always accommodate our needs. And I have run into many fellow clients that feel the same way.
