Ok. So the manager Velvet really needs to be more personable. This woman not only has the personality of a 2x4 but she doesnt make sure employees do the jobs they are being paid to do. This is thw absolute last time we come here. They get our simple coffee order wrong every time. This time though was the worst. Large dark roast ice coffee 1 cream. Thats all i wanted. I got pretty much a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. Seriously Dunkin? This is what you pay your employees to do? Do you also pay your managers to be rude and mouthy when a customer complains?
