Smashburger is a joke. There is no consistency in their product. One day you get a nicely cooked burger the next it is over cooked, dry, and tasteless or, the worst, undercooked and raw in the middle. The location at West Sahara is the worst when it comes to inconsistencies. Don't try to order a burger and ask them to hold something off of it, they will make you do a build your own because they are too lazy to have to punch a couple extra keys on the register. Do yourself a favor and skip smashburger, more hype than hope of a good meal.
