This review has long been overdue, I took my car two weeks ago to Trusted imports to get a new catalytic convertor. I had talk over the phone to the shop owner, Andrew, and he had mentioned to me it might be the oxygen sensor. In which, I read online too that that might be the case. Andrew suggested we start off with the oxygen sensor, which was cheaper rather than replacing the catalytic convertor. However, he did give me the price for how much the catalytic convertor would cost if it turned out not to be O2 sensor. So I made the judgement call to go with his suggestion and have him do the oxygen sensor first. It turned out his suggestion was right. In addition, after telling him that I brought it b/c it had failed the smog check, he went above and beyond for this customer. He told me to bring back the car before I did the smog check so he can check that I had any information for the computer to read out. I brought the car back to him, he double check, and gave the thumbs up and told me "you should pass." I can finally say I found an honest mechanic and will be bringing my car to him for all my car needs. I highly recommend Trust Imports and the shop owner Andrew and his crew.
