I have spent tens and tens and tens of thousands of dollars with this group over 35 years. I think they do a excellent job in both diagnostic and IR reads. My issue is with their backend CBO. The parent company SW Diag Imaging sent my account to a collections agency for an MRI that was performed in October of 2016. Then days latter I receive a statement from them. So my question is where has this all been sitting the last 8 months??
I wrote a check in full immediately but feel totally marginalized. How about some communication? My insurance also takes Simon Med and the guys I know over there are just as medically skilled. I believe in the pay for performance evolving medical landscape that all aspects of the patient experience matter. You blew it billing!
