My insurance told me to go to this location to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed. 12:14pm-Dropped my phone off to be repaired 1:05pm- I picked up my pretty new phone and placed in my purse and headed home. 1:34pm- Upon arriving home and looking at my phone, I saw that it no longer worked, and the screen was grey. When I pressed the home button, the screen would flash back and you could partly see the widgets. I had a mini panic attack, and my dad agreed to go back to the store with the phone so that they could fix their work. 1:40pm-Employee said I dropped my phone once I left the store, and it was not their problem. What a mystery, the phone literally looks brand new, especially with the new glass that is flawless due to it's installation less than two hours before. Can they fix it? No no no, I now have to file another claim with insurance. Glad to see that in less than two hours, I went from having a functional phone with a crack to no phone.
