Nice facility and very friendly staff, but waiting for 3 hours past my appointment time was a bit much. Was there for a STAT ultrasound guided biopsy of a lesion in my neck so I just couldn't re-schedule which would have been my choice instead of wasting what amounted to an entire day with travel time across the valley. How do you get 3 hours behind by 9am? In all fairness, they did tell me a provider called in sick and made attempts to keep me up to date...but telling me every 30 mins it would be another 30 mins for 3 hours, wore a little thin. Totally understand stuff does happen that throws the schedule off, but it seems to be the norm here reading others reviews of SimonMed and not the exception. Good thing I don't need to go there often or I would take my business and time elsewhere. If you go to SimonMed, be prepared for a long wait and delays.
