Horrible. This is heartbreaking as I initially gave them a great review for completing the work on a timely basis. Five years later we started having serious problems. It turns out when they came out to replaster our pool the plaster was not mixed properly (according to three other companies we had come out here to inspect and fix) and we are having continuous problems. Our pool is not swimable! Plaster should last way more than five years. Owner (Jay) came out and offered no remedy. Filed complaint with the contractors board. Does not stand behind their shoddy work! Stay away!!!
