In all of the years that I have resided in condos, nothing can match Los Colinas, and it's very efficient staff! The good folks at the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Jamie our beautiful manager, is always willing to help you out, as is Dale, another manager across from Jamie's office. Kirsten also deserves mention. Nick, the maintenance manager, is great too. He and his very efficient staff are all prompt responding to service calls. Juan has been assigned many times, and always completes his repairs with precision, and always aims to please!
The new company does a fantastic job of running the operation, and has rules in place that are designed to make our condo home
community a safe enviornment, with immaculate grounds and landscaping maintenance.
The views are phenomenal, and there isn't anywhere that compares to the quality demonstrated here at Las Colinas.
I had considered other properties in the Phoenix, and Scottsdale area prior to moving here in 2011, and there is nowhere like it anywhere. I love it here, and plan on residing here for many years
to come.
