I locked my keys inside my house and Derek came and let me in. He arrived as scheduled, acted professionally, and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Follow up: just had another positive experience with Pop-a-Lock. Mendel re-keyed an entire house for me. He arrived on time (and even called in advance to confirm that he was on his way) and was very helpful and informative. Prices were reasonable. I'll continue to use this company going forward.
